Nashville Old Timers Annual Banquet
Celebrating the Past, Present, and Future of Middle Tennessee Baseball.
Darryl Strawberry to Headline 2027 Old Timer Banquet
The Nashville Old Timers are excited to welcome Darryl Strawberry as our special guest for the 89th Annual Banquet on January 24th, 2027. We invite you to save the date for another incredible evening of storytelling and fellowship.
More Than Just an Evening Out
Since 1938, the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association Annual Banquet has served as the premier gathering for the Middle Tennessee baseball community. It is a night where generations collide — where former major leaguers, local coaches, dedicated fans, and rising stars come together under one roof.
While the evening is anchored by stories from baseball's greatest legends, the true purpose of the banquet is forward-looking. All proceeds from the event, including our lively silent auction, directly fund the OTBA Scholarship Program, empowering the next generation of outstanding local student-athletes as they head to college.
An Unforgettable Experience
Legendary Speakers
Each year, we welcome a marquee guest speaker from the highest levels of baseball to share exclusive stories, lessons in grit, and behind-the-scenes moments from their remarkable careers.
Community Impact
The evening serves as the proud stage for our annual OTBA Scholarship presentations, as well as lifetime achievement awards for individuals who have dedicated their lives to strengthening regional baseball.
Exclusive Memorabilia
Attendees enjoy access to a highly anticipated silent auction featuring rare, autographed memorabilia, with all funds directly supporting local youth fields and scholarships.
Decades of Baseball Royalty
For decades, the OTBA Banquet has hosted some of the most iconic names in baseball history.
